Menu Plan Monday: 18/1 ~ 23/1

It obviously gets easier this time around to plan for next week's menu. We started by listing down what is already in the fridge i.e. meat, leftovers and vegetables. With this, we decide on what can be cooked each day, ikut theme. So, here is what we have come up with:

Monday = White rice + Singgang daging + Cendawan goreng
Tuesday = White rice + Tomyam ayam + Kerabu sotong
Wednesday = Spaghetti Bolognese
Thursday = Nasi Lemak + Leftover sambal udang + Ikan bilis goreng + Telur rebus +Timun
Friday = White rice + Daging goreng + Sup kubis

Review MPM: 11/1 ~ 15/1

My mom came Thursday night, siap bawak meehoon goreng. Hence, western telah di-broughtforward to Friday instead. Unfortunately, hubby had a meeting that night at 830pm, I did not managed to do the mashed potato sebab tak cukup masa. Apa pun, we were very2 satisfied. Saved a lot of time by planning ahead cos all the ingredients ada, semua cukup.
