This is a birthday cake which I made for Nasya, who is a huge fan of Mickey Mouse. Mai has a very clear idea of what she wanted when she placed the order, so senang.
It's all chocolate cake with hazelnut filling. Yummey gila tak hingat, okay! Took me and hubby a lot of hard work and many many hours to complete, but very fun to make. We started at 630pm and only finished at 4am.We were so nervous with the final product. As the surface was not as smooth as we expected. But all the hard work and effort were paid off when I hear Mai's happy voices!
