This is my FIRST "official" cupcakes order made by a very dear friend. It was in conjunction with his niece's 1st birthday. He ordered 2 dozen chocolate cupcakes topped with blue/pink/chocolate/white frosting. Design was inspired by my previous bakes combined with his own ideas.
